MORNING:
- 7-9am: breakfast
- 9:30am: yoga, breathwork, and meditation
AFTERNOON:
-11am-5pm: free time
- relax by the salt water pool, socialize over smoothies, retreat underneath a cabaña to read or journal, enjoy spa treatments, and/or wander down into town or down to the beach for some sunshine or surfing.
EVENING:
- 5-6:30pm: women's circle followed by restorative yoga and breathwork
- 7-9pm: dinner
- 9pm: hang out by the bar or get to bed early
