The Retreat Experience

Welcome to an all women's yoga, breathwork, and women's circle retreat! Enjoy beautiful Costa Rica, nourish your body, and have an incredible week-long experience and friendsgiving with a tribe of soul sisters.

We hope you'll join us for this magical week at the relaxing and beautiful Bodhi Tree Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica from November 18th to the 25th of 2023.

What to Expect:

  • Daily Yoga: Nourish and connect with your body with vinyasa and restorative yoga each day
  • ​Daily Breathwork: Support your body by strengthening your nervous system so you can receive your biggest manifestations with ease
  • ​Women's Circles: Connect, heal, and play with like-minded women
  • ​Delicious Meals: Enjoy 3 daily meals made with the freshest ingredients
  • ​Jungle & Ocean Oasis: Explore the breathtaking Costa Rica. We'll be staying in the jungle with a 10 min walk to the beach

Accomodation

Bodhi Tree, Costa Rica

Rooms are first-come-first-serve and limited. Your room and retreat spot will be confirmed once your deposit is paid.

Transportation

Getting to Bodhi Tree

  • You will fly into Liberia, Costa Rica
  • ​​You will receive details on what time frame to arrive
  • ​A group shuttle will be arranged to Bodhi Tree

    Sample Schedule

    MORNING: 
    - 7-9am: breakfast
    - 9:30am: yoga, breathwork, and meditation

    AFTERNOON: 
    -11am-5pm: free time
    - relax by the salt water pool, socialize over smoothies, retreat underneath a cabaña to read or journal, enjoy spa treatments, and/or wander down into town or down to the beach for some sunshine or surfing. 

    EVENING: 
    - 5-6:30pm: women's circle followed by restorative yoga and breathwork 
    - 7-9pm: dinner
    - 9pm: hang out by the bar or get to bed early

    What's Not Included

    • AirFare: You are responsible for booking your own airfare (I will provide suggestions so we can all arrive at the same time)
    • ​Private Human Design Readings: If you want a private human design reading with Rachel then reach out ahead of time to schedule
    • ​Transportation to and from Bodhi Tree: Can be arranged for you once you have flight schedule
    • ​Libations at the Bar – Tropical drinks, wine and beer
    • ​Casada & Juice Bar – Smoothies, juices, salads, sandwiches, baked goods and other drinks and snacks
    • Bodhi Tree Classes: Spin, pilates, and yoga outside of what Rachel teaches
    • ​Bodhi Tree Spa: Massages, facials, manicures, pedicures
    • ​Offsite Activities: Surfing lessons, stand up paddle board, horseback riding, zip line, off site restaurants
    • ​Trip Travel Insurance: Proof of insurance is mandatory to enter Costa Rica. Insurance can range from $50-$100.

    We cannot guarantee or offer refunds once a payment is made. If for some reason you can't make the retreat then we will do everything in our power to sell your spot so you can receive your money back.

    Meet Rachel

    Rachel is a certified life coach, yoga instructor, and retreat leader. She loves creating atmospheres that feel magical and inviting, and watching women skip the small talk and connect with each other on a soul level right off the bat.

    Meet Paige

    Paige is a certified life coach and breathwork practitioner. She loves empowering women to reconnect with their body so that they can feel good in their skin and create fulfilling relationships from a place of self-love.
